2011 LOG LINE CONTEST WINNERS
We Want to See That Movie!
LOS ANGELES, CA - September 8, 2011- The Organization of Black Screenwriters (OBS) has finally made it through all the entries and we have our winner! Due to the extended contest deadline it took a bit longer than anticipated to judge, but we have finally completed our process and are happy to announce this year's OBS 2011 Log Line Contest Winners!!! We'll also read the winning log lines at our November OBS meeting (11/05/11 @10am), so make sure you check our website for location.

As a reminder the prizes for this competition are as follows:
The Grand Prize winner will get $400 CASH,The latest edition of Final Draft Screenwriting Software, a scholarship to the nearest OBS on Tour Workshop (transportation & lodging expenses not included) and Free entry into the 2011 OBS Original Script Contest and a shot at meetings with some of Hollywood's active producers. A prize value of $1,000!
Second Place will receive $100 CASH, a scholarship to a nearby OBS on Tour stop (travel & lodging expenses not included) in 2011. A prize value of $500!
Third Place will receive a scholarship to a nearby OBS on Tour stop (travel & lodging expenses not included) in 2011 and a chance at more prizes in the future. A prize value of $300!
